Nick applies attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude to all of his projects. His prior experiences within the transportation and IT industries have prepared him to be a results-oriented coating consultant, providing coating recommendations to owners, architects, engineers and contractors. Nick has 12+ years of experience and is a qualified NACE Level III Certified Coating Inspector. He is an active member of NACE, SSPC, AWWA, and the North Carolina Rural Water Association. Nick graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Business.

With almost 40 years of experience in the protective coatings industry, Dan is a principal rep with TSE and has helped the agency build a solid reputation filled with repeat business throughout their territory. A self-confessed people person, Dan continuously strives to provide the best value to the customer and dedicates a great amount of time to keeping educated about the industry. He is also an active member of the Society of Protective Coatings (SSPC), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), Rural Water Association, Water Environment Association of South Carolina, the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA).

Seasoned veteran in the industrial coatings industry, Mike Enoch is the guy for all jobs, big and small, especially in the water and wastewater market. Mike has been a representative for TSE since 1998 and, even before that, he was Regional Manager for another Industrial Coating company. He is a member of NACE, SSPC, AWWA, and the Virginia Rural Water Association. With his experience, expansive knowledge and expertise, Mike covers all core markets and is always confident in finding the right path for difficult coating applications.

Mike grew up in Philadelphia, PA and Williamsburg, VA. He attended the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg where he played varsity basketball for 4 years (Go Tribe!) and left with a BA in Education. He currently resides in Midlothian, VA. When he isn’t working, Mike enjoys traveling and working on his golf game.

Michael Anderson is one of the many knowledgeable coatings experts at TSE. He joined the TSE team in 2011 and brought with him a background in business – holding a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from North Greenville University. Michael is NACE Level III Certified Coating Inspector and his expertise aids him in finding the best possible solution for any given project. He is an active member of NACE, SSPC, AWWA, and the Rural Water Association. Michael prides himself on working hard and making the necessary strides toward every project’s completion. Michael and his wife, Laura, have two boys and two Boston terriers. They are active in their local church in Wendell, North Carolina.

Austin Windham Joined TSE in 2018. Prior to joining, Austin worked with Performance Point as a building envelope and insulation inspector. Austin graduated from the University of South Carolina, majoring in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Chemistry. Austin’s knowledge of Chemistry and inspection has assisted in developing a technical expertise of the coatings business. Austin is dedicated to customer service and is glad to support coatings projects by helping develop specifications and supporting customers on jobsites. Austin is a NACE Level II Certified Coating Inspector. In his spare time, Austin enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two kids.

Joshua Bell joined TSE in March 2024 as the local field technical sales representative for Western North Carolina. Immediately prior to joining the TSE team, Josh was an integral part of Tnemec’s Tech Service for the last 8 years. In his role at Tnemec, Joshua’s responsibilities included supporting Tnemec Field Representatives, job start-up training, product complaint investigations, product failure sample collection and analysis, new product evaluations, technical writing, customer form letters, field trip reports, and technical service preliminary research summaries.
Josh has been published twice in the Journal of Protective Coatings and Linings (JPCL) for his collaborative works in soluble salt testing and high voltage holiday testing: “Wet Abrasive Blasting: The Future of Surface Preparation” -JPCL March 2020 and “Why Voltage Matters for High Voltage Holiday Testing on Steel” -JPCL July 2023.
Josh’s experience at Tnemec tech service is invaluable to his customers, owners, engineers and architects in the Western NC area. He is AMPP CIP Level II and is constantly continuing his education in the coatings industry.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys being outdoors with his wife Sabrina and son Ollivander.

Heather Drake joined TSE in 2010. Immediately prior to joining TSE, Heather worked for AgFirst Farm Credit Bank. Before her work with the credit bank, Heather worked for Dennis Corporation, a civil engineering firm, which she believes assisted her in learning and understanding other aspects of the coatings business. She, like others at TSE, is dedicated to providing high-level customer service, from writing a specification to ordering material. The Columbia, SC, native and current resident attended the University of South Carolina in her hometown. Heather is a NACE Level I Certified Coating Inspector. When not at work, Heather is active in her church, Awaken Church in Columbia. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Eva Camlin joined TSE in January 2025. Before coming on board, she studied Biochemistry at Clemson University. Eva is detailed oriented with a passion for problem-solving and a growing interest in high-performance coatings. She brings a fresh perspective and solid scientific know-how to her role at TSE. Eva grew up around Tnemec Coatings and has dreamed about working for the company since she was a little girl. Outside of work, she loves reading and hanging out with friends and family.
