Nick owns and leads TSE Coatings, the local Tnemec agency for South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. Over 20 years in high-performance coatings, he has helped owners, engineers, architects and contractors select, specify and protect assets from water tanks to architectural landmarks. A background in transportation and IT shapes his practical, results-driven approach. Nick is an AMPP Senior Certified Coating Inspector (NACE Level III), a University of South Carolina graduate, and active in several industry associations. He lives in Columbia, SC, with his wife, their two kids and a not-so-well-behaved Labradoodle. In his free time, he enjoys family time, traveling and Georgia Bulldogs football.

Matt Keeler
Technical Rep · AMPP Certified Coating Inspector
Matt serves owners, engineers and contractors across North Carolina. Since entering the coatings industry in 2017, he has specialized in waterproofing, concrete repair and heavy industrial linings, which are some of the most demanding environments a coating can face. He pairs that field knowledge with a strong sales background, making him a responsive partner from specification through completion. Matt joined TSE in 2026 and is an AMPP Certified Coating Inspector.

Mike Anderson
Technical Rep · AMPP Senior Certified Coating Inspector
Mike Anderson has worked with Tnemec coatings for 15 years and serves Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina. He helps owners, engineers and contractors choose the right coatings for everything from water tanks and wastewater facilities to industrial and architectural projects.
As an AMPP Senior Certified Coating Inspector, Mike helps project teams write coating specifications and provides hands-on support in the field. Whether he's helping plan a project or working through application on site, he values being someone his customers can count on.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and their two boys, and he's looking forward to cheering them on as they get involved in youth sports.

Austin Windham
Technical Rep · AMPP Certified Coating Inspector
Austin Windham joined TSE Coatings in 2018 and serves customers across Virginia. He brings prior experience as a building-envelope and insulation inspector with Performance Point, and he earned a degree in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina.
As an AMPP Certified Coating Inspector, Austin draws on his background in chemistry, building-envelope systems and field inspection for a practical understanding of coating selection, specification development, surface preparation, application requirements and quality control. He works closely with customers, contractors and project teams to identify the right coating solutions, troubleshoot field conditions and support successful installations, from the specification stage through jobsite completion.
Committed to responsive customer service and dependable technical support, Austin enjoys helping customers navigate complex coating projects and achieve durable, high-performance results. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and kids.

Heather has been part of TSE since 2010 and is often the first voice customers hear. A Columbia, SC native with a background in finance and civil engineering, she writes specifications, manages material orders and keeps projects moving. As an AMPP Certified Coating Inspector, she brings real technical knowledge to every call.
