Privacy policy

TSE Coatings is an independent technical sales agency for high-performance coatings, based in Columbia, SC 29223. This page explains what information our website collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you send us a message. Our contact form asks for your name, email address and a description of your project. It also lets you add your phone number, company, your role (engineer or architect, owner, contractor, or other) and the project location. We record the date and time you sent it.

When you browse. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and our website doesn’t set any cookies of its own. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use the information you send to reply to your inquiry, pass it to the right TSE representative, and follow up about your project. When it helps answer your question, we may share your project details with the manufacturer of the products involved, such as Tnemec. We don’t add you to a mailing list.

Who helps us run the website

• Vercel hosts our website and helps block floods of automated requests.
• Supabase stores the messages sent through our contact form.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks, on our contact page, that a message comes from a person and not an automated spam program. When you send the form, Cloudflare receives your IP address for this check.
• Resend sends our team an email notification when a message arrives.

These companies handle information only to provide their services to us.

We don’t sell your information

We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages as long as we need them to respond and follow up on your project. If you ask, we’ll delete your information sooner.

Your choices

To ask for a copy of the information we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email TSE@TSEcoatings.com or call (803) 736-1553.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
